The service
YourCards lets you store and display digital copies of loyalty cards. It does not issue cards, points or rewards and is not affiliated with merchants unless expressly stated. Acceptance of a code remains the merchant’s decision.
Account and user responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use YourCards. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for the data you add and must have the right to use it. Do not use YourCards for fraud, unauthorized access, unlawful conduct or activity that harms the service or other users.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but maintenance, failures or changes may occur. We may update features and limits for technical, legal or security reasons, preserving data and informing users when a change is material.
Intellectual property
The YourCards software, brand and original content belong to their respective owners. Merchant brands and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify compatible cards.
Suspension and closure
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may limit or suspend accounts because of abuse, security risk or a material breach of these terms, using proportionate measures and providing reasons where permitted.
Liability
YourCards is an organizational tool and does not guarantee that every code will be read or accepted. Liability limitations apply only as far as the law permits and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and updates
The governing law, competent court and any dispute-resolution channels must be completed based on the provider’s location and publication market. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
